Online Therapy in Tennessee
Healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. Neither is the way I work with you.
Every person who walks through this (virtual) door brings a different story, different needs, and a different definition of what “feeling better” looks like. My job isn’t to hand you a formula — it’s to walk alongside you as we figure out what’s actually going on and what will genuinely help. Here’s what I offer:
Individual Therapy Getting to the root of it — not just the symptoms. If you’ve been managing anxiety, depression, or the weight of past experiences, you already know that coping strategies only go so far. Individual therapy with me goes deeper. We’ll explore the patterns, beliefs, and experiences that are shaping your reactions today — and work to change them in a way that actually sticks. I bring nearly 26 years of social work experience and specialized training to every session, including: •DARTT — Developmental and Relational Trauma Therapy •Level 2 HOCI — Healing Our Core Issues; an integration model for working with developmental and relational trauma, drawing on neuroscience, attachment theory, mindfulness, and body-based approaches •Level 1 IFS — Internal Family Systems, a powerful approach to understanding the different “parts” of ourselves •Experiential Therapy — approaches that engage the whole person, not just the thinking mind (advanced training continuing Fall 2026 and Spring 2027) •Level 1 Trauma-Informed Yoga — somatic practices that support nervous system regulation and trauma release Sessions are tailored to your goals, your pace, and what feels right for you. I work with adults 18 and up.
Telehealth Therapy All of my sessions are offered via telehealth, using a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. That means you can access quality therapy from your home, your car during a lunch break, or anywhere private and comfortable in Tennessee. Telehealth isn’t a lesser version of therapy — for many people, it’s actually more effective because you’re already in a space where you feel safe. We’ll confirm it’s the right fit for you during our initial consult.
Somatic Approach Trauma has a way of getting stored in the nervous system — in tension, in reactivity, in the disconnect between what you know and what you feel. Trauma-informed yoga therapy and experiential therapy offers a gentle, body-based path to healing that works alongside traditional talk therapy. As a certified trauma-informed yoga therapist and experiential therapist, I use evidence-informed practices to help regulate the nervous system, build body awareness, and process what hasn’t been fully released.

Coming in 2027
I am planning to expand services to include in-person sessions and therapy intensives in 2027. If you’re interested in being notified when those become available, mention it during your consultation.
